Fall around Seattle

Womens Kendo · Feb 24, 2010 ·

If you’re into hiking and nature, yeah, we’ve got that. Nevermind that the tournament is literally right on the Green River and we’re the Evergreen state for a reason, cause we’ve got a couple of recommended out-of-Seattle waterfalls for you to visit!

Snoqualmie Falls– Hike around there or just go do the 1/4 mile hike down to the base. Just like any hike, flip flops are not recommended for this downhill adventure.

Franklin Falls– For an easy 1-mile hike through Northwest forest, a beautiful waterfall, and fun playing in a stream, this hike won’t disappoint.
Franklin Falls

More curious than two? Check out the Washington Trails Association, there’s loads of info on places to walk, hike, bike and climb!
